We want you to love your outdoor living space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all POLYWOOD furniture. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items in their original packaging for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer experience team or use our online portal within 30 days of delivery to start your return process and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place it back into its original shipping box with all hardware and assembly instructions included.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and securely attach it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off or Schedule Pickup

  Take your package to an authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup; once received at our facility, your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days.
